Jewelry Sold Here!

Basically I've heard the words "what jewelry should I wear with this" just as much as I've heard the words "what should I wear tonight", which coincidentally is the same amount of times I've heard "you should go up a size" from my mom, so to combat this chatter from my nearest and dearest I've decided I'm just going to buy a bunch of things I like and you people pay me for them. Really this is the only fair thing I could come up, so if you see something you like (and you will) email me for pricing.  My goal is to get more and more vendors buy for now I have one and this is the first part of the shipment (there is another batch to come).

The Zebra Bangle:  I love this one, it reminds me of my grandmother's snake bracelet that I wear almost every day.

Enamel Bamboo Bracelet: I am currently wearing pink, white, blue and black all right now andddd I'm obsessed.  They look great together or separately with your other gold bangles.

I have pink, white, aqua and black, more to come!
The Park Avenue Necklace is just gorgeous and would look great paired with a white tee shirt and jeans or a bridesmaid's dress, in fact it was featured in the December 2009 Brides Magazine.

The Flower Earrings are great to dress up or down as well.  Shown below is blue and clear but I also have gorgeous light pink color, which doesn't really show up that well on camera.
The Large Stone Earrings are a little more of a grown up look.  I like them because even though they are pastel in coloring they can still be warn in any season.
Again this is just the first round of stuff and I can always re-order.  Let me know if there is something specific you had in mind and I can will find them for you.  Knowing most of you nearly prostitute yourself at night for a bud light I think I've made the prices really fair, so again contact me for prices.  Oh and look for Emily on Cycle 73 on America's Next Top Hand Model.

Bitchin' Brand: Issy Salomon Designs

While on a mission to retrieve my credit card from a sketchy "designer" sample sale store in Soho today I stopped by The Market; its like the best of the people with folding tables on the street in one enclosed, indoor facility.  There was a lot of cool stands of vintage jewelry, a woman with crazy feather headbands for $20 and then I came across Issy Saloman's table.  I immediately fell for his chunky bib necklaces, gold bracelets pops of neon cords and sailor knots with rose quartz beads creations.  Salomon's designs give girlie staples a little bit of grunge using hardware (legit one of his bracelets was made of bolts with bright green or pink string) and funky hooks.

Above are pictures from his website.  After a run in at the New York International Gift Fair with some crazy woman in the hand made section, I know better than to ask to take a picture of someone's original designs.  You can find his creations at Edge NY (65 Bleecker Street) or at Shop (105 Stanton Street).  Or visit The Market at 268 Mulberry Street between Prince and Houston.

Ever Wonder What Real Orange County Housewife Lynne's Cuffs Are All About?

Well if you watch Bravo than clearly you've seen the same episode after same episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County (or any of their shows for that matter, not that I'm complaining, I love ground hog day for TV shows) you're with me here.  "Real housewife" Lynne Curtin, whose main story lines this season were her slutty, delusional daughter and face that was incapable of blinking, apparently has a line of "cuffs."  She talks about these bad boys regularly, even having a trunk show to debut them to the other housewives.  Sadly for Lynne, but not so much us, the party was over taken by Gretchen and Tamara engaging in a battle of wits over plug in dildos and dead old men, so we really didn't get to view these "cuffs".  Lynne mentioned that with the market being what it is her "cuffs" are what are really keeping their family afloat. So, without further adieu... Lynne's "cuffs"...

Did anyone see tonight's episode where they got evicted?

PS "Prices are subject to change without notice."

Jingle Jangle Bangle

Photo Hannah Whitaker
NYMAG

I love this picture, I had to share it. It's so easy to dress up a simple outfit with lots and lots of bangles and the best part is they don't have to cost you a lot, in fact when buying on the cheap more is more and that's a good thing.
